Auckland couple Karen and Phil had been dreading Karen's brother's wedding in Martinborough north of Wellington earlier this year. But their trepidation was nothing to do with the pending nuptials. It was the fear of travelling with two very small children and a whole lot of luggage!

"I had been putting off the thought of going for months, "Karen said.

"I couldn't process how we were going to get there with the extra things we needed for the kids. It did my head in whenever I dared think about it."

"I can even admit without all the baby things to worry about, I was able to spend a bit of time thinking about what I was going to wear which is unheard of!" Karen said.
