Our lactation blends are Vegan Friendly, Wheat Free, Dairy Free. Nut Free. Soy Free and low in Sugar*. Because we know some mammas want to be able to control their own intake.

• New Zealand Oat, Brewers Yeast, Organic Coconut Sugar, Ground Vanilla Bean, Powdered Coconut Cream, Organic Maca, Organic Shatavari, Organic Spirulina, Nothing else

Notes:

• Our lactation blend does not contain protein. They are meant to support breast feeding needs. But you CAN mix the two into something delicious when exercising etc for the mammas worried about working out and losing milk supply.
• Because our lactation blend is 100% Natural and full of nutritious goodness, anyone can have some. Please note that a grainy textured settlement does occur when made into milkshake or lattes so just give it a swirl because that’s the good stuff!
• *Low in Sugar when a serving of 30grams is prepared and mixed with 250ml Unsweetened Almond milk (we recommend Almond Breeze with only 0.3 grams of sugar per 250ml serving). As per Schedule 4 of the NZ and Australia Food Health Claims Act, The sugar content shall be less than 2.5 g of sugar per 100 mL for liquid food. Other unsweetened milks may also be suitable.
