Benefits:
Support your body’s recovery with the Massage Body Cup, designed to gently lift and soften scar tissue while easing tension. Using light suction, it encourages blood flow and circulation, promoting healing and revitalised skin. Made from 100% medical-grade silicone, it’s safe, durable, and easy to clean for hygienic use. Perfect for C-section scars or general postpartum body care, it can be paired with oils or creams for a soothing, tailored massage experience at home.
How To Use:
- Prepare your skin: Only use on fully healed skin (usually 6–8 weeks post-op) and with clinician approval. Apply a thin layer of oil or cream — or use in the shower with body wash or oil for smoother gliding.
- Create suction: Gently squeeze the cup and place it on your skin to create light suction. Adjust pressure to what feels comfortable.
- Massage: Glide the cup slowly in upward, linear, or circular motions over the area for 2–5 minutes per zone. Skin may pink slightly but should not bruise. Stop immediately if you feel pain.
- Aftercare: To remove, pinch the rim — do not pull. Wash the cup with warm, soapy water and allow it to air-dry. Store in a clean, dry place.
- Frequency: Use 3–4 times per week for optimal results.
Safety:
- Do not use during pregnancy.

- Begin gently — suction should feel comfortable, never painful.
