Gift Cards – How They Work

Gift cards are a simple and flexible way to shop with us, whether you’ve received one as a gift or chosen one for someone else.

How to check your gift card balance

When a digital gift card is issued, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to view your gift card details. You can use this link anytime to check your remaining balance.

If you no longer have access to your email, our team can help. Just get in touch and include your gift card code so we can confirm the balance for you.

If you have a physical gift card, you can choose to have it sent to you or pick it up in store when purchasing. To check your balance, visit us in store or contact our team with your gift card code and we’ll check it for you.

If you have a gift card issued before 1 April 2026, please contact us and we’ll arrange a new digital gift card for you, valid for 1 year.
Please note: After 30 September 2026, all physical gift cards issued prior to 1 April 2026 will expire and can no longer be used.

Using your gift card

Enter your gift card code at checkout in the payment section.

If your order total is higher than your balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

Any unused balance will stay on your gift card for future purchases.

Important things to know

Physical and digital gift cards have a 3-year expiry from the date of issue

Gift cards can be used across multiple orders until the balance is used

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
