Have always had positive experiences with the Wairakei Road team and it continues with my most recent shopping experience. I was struggling for a carrier suitable for smaller babies but within 5 minutes Jane found a solution and fitted it to me to try. I cannot recommend Jane and the amazing team at Baby on the Move Christchurch North highly enough - they are just fab!

  • Marianne, Rachel and the Team at Baby On The Move – Nelson are amazing! They offer a warm environment and genuinely care about my Whānau and I. They listen to me and work with me to find the best products to suit our needs. The range of products at Baby On The Move is stellar. They have something for every situation or need that I can think of, and they don’t have it, you can count on Rachel to source it.

    The team at Baby On The Move – Nelson are education focused and have taught me how to be confident in installing both of our car seats in other cars. When I have needed to leave a car seat for a repair or clean, they are conscious of getting it back to me in a timely manner.
    Baby On The Move is my first stop for anything I need for our little one.

  • I cannot recommend the team at Baby On The Move more highly when it comes to car seats! I bought three Diono seats to go across the back of my Skoda three years ago. At least annually they have required adjustment or servicing and the team have done this for me with no additional charge. Adjusting three seats is actually quite a bit of work (my fourth adjustment today took about an hour) and they have made it so easy and convenient for me. I have self click-in click-out seats in my other car, which were cheaper and in some ways easier, but it is worth the extra spend and effort for the Diono seats. I love the extra safety of large heads supports as well as the way the seats adjust as your child grows and that there are different options to suit your family. Thank you again Ange, Pam and the rest of the team 🙂

  • I am emailing to let you know how AMAZING Mikyla and Team was at the Auckland central store when we paid them a visit.

    We were greeted by the staff when we walked in and one particular staff member, Leah showed exceptional knowledge on an Uppa Baby pram. She was very patient and answered all our questions and gave recommendations.

    We weren’t planning to buy that day but the service we got from Leah gave us the easiest decision to purchase from that Baby On The Move store. The store manager Mikyla and the other staff member (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) were very accommodating to us as well that day. It’s our first baby and it’s quite scary sometimes to walk into a baby shop and not know where to start but our experience that day from the team definitely helped us out.

  • Baby on the Move Grey Lynn has become our one stop shop for all big ticket baby items (cot, pram, car seats, carrier). The products they stock are high quality and made to last. We found the range available (particularly prams/strollers/car seats) to be a point of difference from other shops. We also found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to fully demonstrate how a product works, even fitting your car seat into your own car so you have peace of mind that it has been done properly. When our baby was born early, they arranged for our car capsule to be available when we needed it. This was very helpful at such a stressful time. Highly recommended.

  • We have one child, a three year old little girl. A few weekends ago, we picked up a new car seat for her which will be her last her until she’s old enough and tall enough, to fit a booster. I felt saddened as we drove away that this will possibly be the last visit we make to Baby On The Move in Lower Hutt. For three years we’ve had exceptional customer service - which first began days before my due date when we realised the car seat we had organised, would not fit our car! BOTM came to the rescue, and resolved our problem - as they have always done over the years. It sounds like the service you’d expect from any shop however what makes BOTM different, is the personal touch. There must be quite a number of people who go through the store daily and weekly, yet every time I return, I am remembered. You don’t just feel like “another customer” you feel like a “valued customer” and it’s this level of service that has had us return time and time again. It’s this level of customer service that other shops could learn from. Keep doing what you’re doing BOTM, you guys are awesome!
