Earning Loyalty Points

Members can earn points in the following ways:

  • Spend $1 = earn 1 point

    • Points are earned on eligible full-priced and sale product purchases

    • Points are not awarded on Storytime Foundation Pepeha Cloth Book, Sleep Solutions Course, clearance items, gift card purchases, hire products, insurance claims, shipping fees or services

  • Leave a product review = earn 20 points

    • Limited to one review reward per month

  • Like us on Facebook = earn 20 points

    • Applies to the Baby On The Move national Facebook page only (@babyonthemovenz) - Regional store pages are excluded

  • Follow us on Instagram = earn 20 points

    • Applies to the Baby On The Move national Instagram page only (@babyonthemovenz) - Regional store pages are excluded

  • Create a Little Movers Club account = earn 50 points

Points expire 12 months after they are earned.

Redeeming Loyalty Rewards

Once you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them for reward vouchers:

  • 200 points = $5 reward voucher

    • Minimum spend $50

  • 400 points = $10 reward voucher

    • Minimum spend $100

  • 800 points = $20 reward voucher

    • Minimum spend $200

Reward Voucher Terms & Conditions

Reward vouchers:

  • Are valid on full-priced products only
  • Require the minimum spend listed above
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, discount code or offer
  • Excludes Storytime Foundation Pepeha Cloth Book, Sleep Solutions Course, clearance items, gift card purchases, hire products, insurance claims and services
  • Expire 30 days after being claimed

Birthday Reward Terms & Conditions

Loyalty members will receive a $10 birthday reward.

The birthday reward:

  • Requires a minimum spend of $100
  • Is valid on full-priced products only
  • Excludes Storytime Foundation Pepeha Cloth Book, Sleep Solutions Course, clearance items, gift card purchases, hire products, insurance claims and services
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, discount code or offer
  • Birthday rewards will be emailed to you directly and expire 30 days after the date of receipt

General Terms & Conditions

  • Baby On The Move reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Loyalty Programme or any benefits associated with the programme at any time.
  • Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points and rewards are linked to the member’s account and cannot be transferred between customers.
  • Baby On The Move reserves the right to refuse or remove points earned through fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
  • Membership is free and available to customers with a Baby On The Move account. Baby On The Move staff members are not eligible to participate in the programme.
  • Purchases made through third-party websites, marketplaces or platforms are not eligible for loyalty points or rewards. This includes, but is not limited to, Delivereasy, DoorDash and the Airpoints Store.
  • In-store purchase adjustments: Due to differences in product ranges and clearance items across our stores, there may be occasions where loyalty points are automatically awarded for an in-store purchase that is not eligible for points. Baby On The Move reserves the right to manually adjust or remove points that have been incorrectly awarded, including points earned on clearance items, services, insurance claims or other excluded purchases.
