In-store you can either scan your physical Airpoints card or your digital Airpoints card in the Air New Zealand app.
For ordering via our website there is a field to type in your Airpoints membership number at check out.

Airpoints Dollars™ earned at Baby On The Move will be loaded onto your Airpoints™ account within 7 working days of your eligible purchase being transacted.

When do Airpoints Dollars™ expire?

Your Airpoints Dollars™ will remain valid for four years from the date they were accrued to your Account. Following four years from accrual, the Airpoints Dollars™ will expire and be removed from your Account on the anniversary of the day you joined the Airpoints™ Programme. The Airpoints Dollars™ I earned at Baby On The Move aren’t showing in my Airpoints™ account. What do I do?

First, double-check the date of your purchase. We’ll load any Airpoints Dollars™ you earn at Baby On The Move onto your Airpoints™ account within 7 days of your eligible purchase being transacted. If it’s been less than 7 working days, hold tight.

If that time has passed and your Airpoints Dollars™ still aren’t showing in your account, get in touch with our Customer Support team. We’ll ask to see a copy of your order confirmation, or invoice to confirm that your purchase was eligible to earn Airpoints Dollars™. If it was, we’ll confirm your details then follow up with Air New Zealand on your behalf.

Can I spend my Airpoints Dollars™ at Baby On The Move?

The ability to spend Airpoints Dollars™ on products or services is not currently available at Baby On The Move.

What happens when I return the purchase that I earned Airpoints™ for?

If a purchase is refunded or dishonoured for any reason, any Airpoints Dollars™ earned from that purchase will be deducted from the Airpoints™ account that earned the Airpoints Dollars™ at the time of purchase.

Baby On The Move 2x Airpoints Dollars™ Promotion Terms, Conditions and Exclusions

Earn 2x Airpoints Dollars™ on all purchases made in-store or online from 3 – 10 November 2025 when you make an eligible purchase at Baby On The Move and scan your Airpoints™ card. Baby On The Move customers can earn these bonus Airpoints Dollars™ in accordance with the terms, conditions and exclusions below:

  1. To be eligible to participate in this promotion, customers must scan their eligible Airpoints™ card in-store, or enter their eligible Airpoints™ card details at the online checkout, when making an eligible purchase within the promotion period.
  2. Eligible customers will earn Airpoints Dollars™ at two times the standard Airpoints Dollars™ accrual rate on eligible purchases during the promotion period. Every one Airpoints Dollar™ or part thereof earned during the promotional period is multiplied by two on any eligible purchase.
  3. Airpoints Dollars™ will not show on your receipt and will be loaded to eligible Airpoints™ accounts within 14 business days of your eligible purchase(s) being paid for in full AND collected by or delivered to you. If your eligible purchase includes multiple items, this timeframe will apply based on when each item is collected by or delivered to you.
  4. Eligible purchases include any products in-store or online. Eligible purchases include most products both in-store and online, excludes but not limited to hire bonds, recycling fees, gift cards, vouchers, and freight & shipping.
