How can I fix an uneven harness on my no-rethread Graco car seat?
A very common concern for parents is what to do when it seems that you’ve tightened your child’s car seat and the harness is uneven. One of the straps is tight but the other is still very loose. We would recommend trying these troubleshooting steps below to see if it solves the problem.
No-Rethread Harness Troubleshooting Steps:
When loosening the harnesses pull both harness straps out at the same time, pulling one side can cause them to become uneven.
Next, we would like to walk you through the steps of resetting the Harness Straps.
First, raise the head rest to the highest position, fully loosen the harnesses and then fully tighten them.
You will then need to lower the head rest to lowest position, fully loosen the harnesses and then fully tighten them.
Repeat these steps one more time.

It also ticks a lot of the nice to have boxes, which for me is a chest clip, easy to use buckle (wriggling toddlers and the criss cross buckles are annoying), cup holders, good leg room and no annoying straps when rearfacing.
Someone has given us a different seat for the other car but I'm tempted to update it to a Graco.
Plus the staff in Christchurch were lovely to deal with and super knowledgeable.
Great service at Baby on the Move Nelson too, the team always give great honest advice and you really feel like they care about baby safety and what's right for you.
We spent a lot of time researching the best for money, safety and aesthetics car seat and the graco 4ever came out on top by a long shot. Super easy to adjust , fits well in both our Hilux (can be a mission to find Car seats that can go into the new versions) and I know my precious darling is going to be comfortable and as safe as possible back there on our short and long journeys.

THE CAR SEAT IS WONDERFUL, COMFORTABLE AND OF VERY GOOD QUALITY.

Definitely get what you pay for, and the team at Baby On the Move were really helpful at selecting which seat was best suitable and installed it for us too.
When it came to our son transitioning out of a capsule, we initially fell for a large chain store sale. Which resulted in us getting no advice, no fitting and a car seat that didn’t fit in my car!
But since getting our Graco, we are over the moon! Perfect fit, professional install, when my son has growth spurts the headrest easily adjusts, I can move it into my hubbys car with ease and the bottle holders so handy for him to access water on the go!

I am the kind of person that does a lot of research before buying something for my son, because he deserves the best, especially when it comes to his safety. But I also look for a good price because let’s face it, we spend so much with baby stuff.
Graco 4ever is the best car seat I could find for a lot of reasons.
*Amazing price for all that it offers compared to other companies that offers less for more.
*It has cup holders, which I was looking for.
*It fits in my small Toyota Vitz and the passenger seat still has lots of space.
*The fabric is machine washable for the big mess my boy will eventually do, but also easy to wipe for the little mess.
*Easy installation for people who move the car seat from car to car like me.
*The adjustable headrest is so handy, no more problem having to adjust the seatbelt as my baby grows.
Searching for all these features and more that this car seat offers, I couldn’t believe I found this perfect car seat, especially without having to pay a fortune.
