Keep Rollin’ Clary Sage + Lavender Roller Blend
When in active labour - roll over pulse points on wrists, temples and neck. For postpartum, use throughout the day to help centre yourself. Always consult your lead maternity carer before use.
(Mama, please note, our Keep Rollin’ Clary Sage + Lavender Roller Blend should only be used when you are in active labour as it's known to cause contractions of the uterus (encouraging labour) so don’t pull this one out of the bag until you are at least 37+ weeks gestation).
Viva La Vulva Healing Perineal Spray
Healing Perineal Spray supports healing times, and supports healing of sensitive skin tissues. it’s a natural antibacterial and prevents the spread of bacteria. It soothes tears, stitches and c-section incisions and helps soothe sensitive areas down there. (now includes witch hazel and can spray upside down!)
For Vaginal Birth: There are no rules with this mama. Spray directly to your perineal area as frequently as needed for a calming and cooling sensation. Spray me upside down for easy application!
For C-Section Birth: Spray directly on your c-section incision.* Once the initial bandage has come off and approval from your midwife or healthcare professional.
Peri Wash Bottle
Your postpartum BFF - When wiping just isn’t an option and it stings to pee! Simply fill with lukewarm water, or cool if you prefer. Point the nozzle towards the vaginal area and squeeze slowly. Perfect for postpartum healing to dilute your urine to prevent stinging (Remember not to put in a steriliser or dishwasher otherwise, it’ll melt! Simply wash with hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly before and after use)
The Good Witch Hazel
Pop 3-5 drops into your Peri Wash Bottle and use when going to the toilet. Or pop some onto your pad.
