The Graco® 4Ever® DLX Grad 5-in-1 Car Seat is designed to grow with your child from infancy through to approximately 12 years old, offering five modes of use in one versatile car seat.

It transitions from a rear-facing harness (1.8–18 kg) to a forward-facing harness (12–30 kg), highback booster (18.1–45 kg), backless booster (18.1–54 kg) and finally a seat belt trainer (22.5–54 kg). The removable seat belt trainer can also be used separately, allowing the car seat and trainer to accommodate two children at the same time.

The No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust™ Harness System lets you adjust the headrest and harness height together in one motion, helping you achieve the right fit as your child grows.

Designed to save valuable space in the back seat, the 4Ever® DLX Grad is 10% slimmer at the cup holders than the 4Ever® DLX while still providing plenty of room for your child.

SnugLock® technology is designed for installation in less than one minute* in both rear-facing and forward-facing modes using either the vehicle seat belt or lower anchor attachment. A 6-position recline helps achieve the correct installation angle while keeping your child comfortable.

For easier cleaning, the Rapid Remove™ cover is machine washable, while fuss-free harness storage keeps the harness out of the way when getting your child in and out of the seat.

Important Usage Information

Children weighing less than 12 kg must use the seat rear-facing. Graco recommends keeping children rear-facing for as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight limit. 

How can I fix an uneven harness on my no-rethread Graco car seat?

A very common concern for parents is what to do when it seems that you’ve tightened your child’s car seat and the harness is uneven. One of the straps is tight but the other is still very loose. We would recommend trying these troubleshooting steps below to see if it solves the problem.

No-Rethread Harness Troubleshooting Steps:

When loosening the harnesses pull both harness straps out at the same time, pulling one side can cause them to become uneven.
Next, we would like to walk you through the steps of resetting the Harness Straps.
First, raise the head rest to the highest position, fully loosen the harnesses and then fully tighten them.
You will then need to lower the head rest to lowest position, fully loosen the harnesses and then fully tighten them.
Repeat these steps one more time.
