Instructions for Use:

  • Size your bra to your comfortable fit at the back prior to use. Bra should sit firm but not tight and your nipples should align with the insert openings.
  • Take the bra around your body, leaving the back velcro in the optimal place for you.
  • Pop the suction kit through the inserts and align your nipple in the centre of the breast cushion.
  • Zip the bra up at the front and double check alignment of your nipples in the tunnel - they should not touch the sides prior to use.
  • You are ready to pump - sit back and relax mumma!

Hands free pumping

I bought this bra because my baby is in NICU in Chch which does not have a dedicated pumping room but rather you pump 60cm away from the family beside you. This bra covers my breasts while doing so and also has the added benefit of it holds the cups in place so I use/rest my hands.
The downfall is (as a person that wears a 16G bra cup since becoming pregnant) this bra is not supportive of my breasts at all. I either have to wear a second bra over top for extra support. Or only use this during pumping which is a hassle to change bras every 3 hrs. I'd love if they either did a bigger size or if they did a regular style bra with the pump openings. I do love the Velcro back though, makes you wonder why all bras aren't Velcro?!?
