Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange for incorrect choice on purchase or hire items, so please choose carefully before purchasing!

Usually when you buy a product or service, the sale is final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act. The retailer doesn’t have to give you a refund or exchange if:

  • you change your mind
  • your circumstances change
  • you find cheaper products elsewhere.

A full price product may be returned for an in-store or online shop credit or exchanged for an equal value product or item. Alternatively, we will refund the product to the account/card that was used to purchase the products and we will not provide cash refunds.

For repairs and returns, your product must be clean, and have been regularly cleaned & maintained as per the manufacturer instructions before any remedy is considered.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept ‘change of mind’ returns on potties, toilet trainers, nappies, lingerie, portable high chairs, breast pumps and breast pump accessories.

If the product is damaged or incorrect at no fault of the cardholder the merchant is obligated to remedy.

Items must be returned to base within 7 days from delivery date (date will be on purchase receipt enclosed with items) and any freight charges are at the expense of the purchaser.

Please note the product(s) must be in original, unused condition with labels and packaging intact.  Items must be returned with a copy of your receipt.  We can then organise a replacement or a credit.

We recommend that you check your purchase order against your receipt as soon as you receive the items you have ordered to determine if any returns or exchanges are required eg; if the package is damaged upon arrival via courier DO NOT SIGN / ACCEPT DELIVERY.  Should this occur, request that the package be returned to sender.

If you wish to return any item for any reason, please contact the branch you purchased the goods through first to let us know your intention to return the goods and your reason/s why.

We will take action within a reasonable time (within 3 months from date of purchase) to correct any error or inaccuracy which is brought to our attention. This applies to brand new goods that have manufacture faults or is not fit for the purpose in which it was intended.
