One size fits all, no adjustments - suitable from newborn to several months. My little one is just over 3 months and I have used this with him since he was a newborn, as well as currently using it over a sleeping bag!
He has never got his arms out of this wrap, I wish they'd been around 9 years ago when I had my first baby!
