We always endeavor to do our utmost to offer the most competitive prices. But, we would love to give you the opportunity for price matching, if that’s what your heart desires. Just bear in mind that it depends on the store and the product(s) on whether we can price match for you.
All you need to do is fill out the form below, making sure you fill in all mandatory fields, especially the field stating the name of the product, the brand, the price and who is supplying. Then one of our amazing staff members will get back to you...

Conditions:

  • The product being matched must not be damaged or an ex display model. It must be in stock, new and an identical match (i.e. same name model and colour).
  • Applies to New Zealand websites and retailers only.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
  • Price Match excludes items sold through auction websites or private sellers.
  • Price Match excludes delivery charges. Baby On The Move delivery charges apply as standard.
  • Price Matching is offered totally at our discretion and we have the right to refuse the match without disclosing the reason.
  • Installation fees are at the franchisees/stores discretion when a customer has requested to price match.
  • Special must be current when applying for price match.
  • Due to public holidays and weekends price match requests will be processed on the following business day. For any urgent requests please contact your local store direct.
