We have one child, a three year old little girl. A few weekends ago, we picked up a new car seat for her which will be her last her until sheโs old enough and tall enough, to fit a booster. I felt saddened as we drove away that this will possibly be the last visit we make to Baby On The Move in Lower Hutt. For three years weโve had exceptional customer service – which first began days before my due date when we realised the car seat we had organised, would not fit our car! BOTM came to the rescue, and resolved our problem – as they have always done over the years. It sounds like the service youโd expect from any shop however what makes BOTM different, is the personal touch. There must be quite a number of people who go through the store daily and weekly, yet every time I return, I am remembered. You donโt just feel like โanother customerโ you feel like a โvalued customerโ and itโs this level of service that has had us return time and time again. Itโs this level of customer service that other shops could learn from. Keep doing what youโre doing BOTM, you guys are awesome!
