We have one child, a three year old little girl. A few weekends ago, we picked up a new car seat for her which will be her last her until she’s old enough and tall enough, to fit a booster. I felt saddened as we drove away that this will possibly be the last visit we make to Baby On The Move in Lower Hutt. For three years we’ve had exceptional customer service – which first began days before my due date when we realised the car seat we had organised, would not fit our car! BOTM came to the rescue, and resolved our problem – as they have always done over the years. It sounds like the service you’d expect from any shop however what makes BOTM different, is the personal touch. There must be quite a number of people who go through the store daily and weekly, yet every time I return, I am remembered. You don’t just feel like “another customer” you feel like a “valued customer” and it’s this level of service that has had us return time and time again. It’s this level of customer service that other shops could learn from. Keep doing what you’re doing BOTM, you guys are awesome!
