Hi, can the latch straps be removed? I have this seat but it has no isofix/latch strap that I can see. The video shows it clicked at the side and waiting to be used… there is simply no strap on mine? And nowhere that it could be \’hidden\’. Just the rear tether. My mum bought it from Tauranga Baby on the Move and plans on calling this afternoon.
