Hi Helen, the Woolbabe X BO & KO Collab Duvet Front Zip Sleeping Bag should be washed gently by machine or hand in cold or 30°C water using a quality liquid wool. Drying can be done by hanging it dry or low tumble drying immediately after washing, but avoid leaving it wet in the machine. Unfortunately we do not ship outside of New Zealand. Hope that helps
