Hi there do we need to buy the pump itself for this and do you sell them?

Hi Sarah, Yes — the Medela PersonalFit PLUS Double Pump Set for the Symphony does require the Symphony breast pump unit to work. This is an accessory kit (shield set, tubing, bottles, etc.) and does not include the pump motor itself. Unfortunately we do not sell the pump itself, they are a hospital only product.
