Directions:
🛁 Full Bath Soak
Add half a jar of the herbal blend into a heat-safe bowl and pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs. Let it steep for at least 5 minutes to activate the healing properties. Strain if desired, then pour the infusion into your bath. Soak for 15–20 minutes to fully absorb the benefits.
🪑 Sitz Bath
Use 2 tablespoons of the blend in a bowl with hot water. Let it brew for 5 minutes, then add to your sitz bath basin. Soak the perineal area for 15–20 minutes.
