We want to express our sincere thanks for all your help and patience. Our family with 3 kids travelled overseas and unfortunately we had our hired car stolen along with our laptop, tablet and 2 car seats, one being a booster we had hired from Baby On The Move, when we arrived back home we went straight to their store and were fixed up with a car seat hire while we waited for our travel insurance to process (which took much longer than we expected). Finally after about 4 months we got our insurance through and then were able to purchase 2 boosters, the team were very efficient in working out which seats would fit in our car. I felt quite stressed the times I came in but the staff put me at ease keeping an eye on my wee ones who wanted to escape outside, push the strollers for sale all around the store and check out the new balance bike. These guys went over and above for us and it taught us that although we could have purchased car seats cheaper overseas we would not have the support of our excellent local business and the safety of our children, Thank you to an awesome team BOTM!
