After trying all the big chains to try and figure out what we needed for the really fairly imminent arrival of our son and getting really no proper advice or help and slipping further into denial about the whole thing we stumbled across/into the BOTM Albany store where a combination of the delightful Emma, and later Shaz took us by the hand and explained our options without any heavy sales pressure (but an awful lot of enthusiasm). We came back a few times before making our final decisions on the big stuff like capsules, buggies and car seats and the ladies were unfailingly helpful, polite and never lost their patience with the barrage of questions we pummeled them with. Total stars, recommend them to anyone who’ll listen!
