Can you use the harness for over 18kg? My daughter is 2 but 19kgand too small for normal car seat.

The harness is only tested up to 18kg forward facing so you will need to start looking at other options to continue to harness your 2 year old daughter for longer. Our suggestion is to look at our harness booster range https://www.babyonthemove.co.nz/car-seat/harnessed-booster-seat (especially the New Zealand S Standard – USA restraints have higher harness weights) and then contact your nearest Baby On The Move store to try the one you like in your car.
