Hi Adrienne, the Dr. Brown’s Wide Neck Silicone Bottle Handles are specifically designed for Dr. Brown’s wide neck bottles, so compatibility with other brands like Pigeon isn’t guaranteed. Since the Pigeon Wide Neck Glass Bottle has a different shape and possibly a slightly different neck diameter, the handles may not fit securely or as intended.
