She started trying to lean her head forward so much and screams murder with frustration. I've tried to lean the carseat upwards and backwards which doesn't help. Any other suggestions we could try twick on the carseat? Thank you :)
Hi Euna, thank you for your message. Sorry to hear that your baby is unhappy. It's really hard to say what the problem is without seeing your baby in the seat. Have you checked the harness height which should be in-line or slightly below your baby's shoulders? To do this you need to adjust the head support up then you will notice the harness will move up with it. Another option is you may need to remove the infant insert so baby's bottom sits right into the bite of your car seat which can stop them from pushing their head forward. With regards to the angle of the seat, it would be best to contact our nearest store and maybe facetime if you can't visit the store so they can see if there's a problem with the recline. We purchased this seat for our second child arriving soon, and as a spare for daddy's car for the time being. We haven't used it yet, but after much research on hunting for the safest seat on the market, we're happy with the purchase. It has great crash test results and is significantly cheaper than other options of the same high standard. The steel frame, extended rear--facing, roll-over tested was important, and so were the cup holders. Couldn't live without cup holders for snacks! We also got rid of our capsule because it is suitable from birth, and we never used the capsule outside of the car. The 'winch' mechanism on this seat is a good feature. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit well in our second car (Hyundai CRDI i30 wagon) due to the slope angle of the seat and room left for front passenger when leaving space in between car seat and front passenger seat. Hopefully, a wedge of sorts will fix this.
